I was charged twice

If you were charged multiple times for the same order, contact us immediately with:

  • Screenshots of the charges
  • Date and time of transactions
  • Email used for payment

We will process your refund within 24-48h.

How to request a refund?

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to contact@socialdoper.com
  2. Subject: "Refund Request"
  3. Include: your order email, username used, reason for request, payment screenshot

Conditions: Your order must not have been processed (within 48h of purchase).

Timeline: 2-5 business days (+ 5-10 banking days)

How to track my order?

After payment validation, we process your order immediately. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number (starting with #SD) and details. Most orders start within 5 minutes after payment.

Track your order: Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number to check the status in real-time.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact us at contact@socialdoper.com.

How to refill my order?

We offer a free 30-day refill guarantee on all orders! If you experience a drop in followers, likes, views, or any other engagement metric within 30 days of your order, we'll refill them at no extra cost.

For TikTok and Instagram orders:

  • Visit our Refill Page
  • Enter your order tracking ID (starting with #SD)
  • Our system automatically verifies if you've experienced any drops
  • Click "Request a Refill" to process your refill instantly

For other social networks (Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter): Please contact our support team at contact@socialdoper.com with your order tracking ID to request a manual refill.

Important: The 30-day refill guarantee period starts from your order date. Make sure your account is public for the verification process to work properly.

My order is in "Pending" status, what does it mean?

"Pending" status means your order is awaiting processing. This can happen if:

  • A similar order is already in progress on the same account
  • Our system detects a need for manual verification
  • There is a temporary spike in activity

Usual timeline: Most orders are processed in 5 minutes. During high demand periods, it can take up to 24-48 hours maximum. If your order remains "Pending" beyond 48h, contact us immediately.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation/Refund possible if:

  • The order has not been processed within 48 hours after purchase
  • No delivery has started

Cancellation impossible if: The order has been initiated or completed (even partially).

To cancel: Send an email to contact@socialdoper.com with subject "Order Cancellation", your payment email, and username used.

My purchased followers are disappearing

Our refill guarantee (30 days):

  • Loss < 20%: Normal (natural account lifecycle)
  • Loss > 20%: Free refill available

To request a refill: Contact us at contact@socialdoper.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order email, username concerned, and proof of loss (screenshot).

Important: After 30 days, we no longer guarantee refill services.

I have a question regarding a specific service

When will I receive my complete order?

Deliveries are progressive to ensure natural results:

Processing:

  • Usually: 5 minutes after payment
  • High demand: Up to 24 hours
  • Exceptional cases: Up to 48 hours maximum

Delivery (after processing):

  • Small quantities (100-500): 15 minutes to a few hours
  • Medium quantities (500-2000): A few hours to 1 day
  • Large quantities (2000+): 1 to several days

How does Daily Delivery work?

Daily Delivery is a progressive delivery service over 30 days. You receive your followers in small quantities each day for a month.

Important conditions:

  • Your account must remain public for 30 days
  • Do not change your username during the delivery period
  • If your account becomes private, delivery is postponed to the next day

Pro-rata refund if we fail to deliver for more than 48 consecutive hours (unless caused by private account or username change).

I ordered 1000 followers but only received 250

Possible reasons:

  • Delivery in progress (large orders are delivered progressively)
  • Account set to private (delivery stops automatically)
  • Username changed (delivery cannot continue)
  • Technical issue

Actions to take:

  1. Wait 48h (maximum timeframe)
  2. Verify that your account is public

I didn't receive my free followers (Free Trial)

Checks to perform:

  1. Is your Instagram/TikTok account public?
  2. Did you enter your username correctly (without @ or spaces)?
  3. Have you already used a free trial on this account?

Important: Only one free trial per account is allowed. If everything is correct and you still haven't received anything within 48h, contact us at contact@socialdoper.com.

Will I get banned if I buy followers?

Risks: Low risk if you follow our recommendations.

Best practices:

  • Start small (100-500 followers)
  • Space out your purchases (1-2 weeks between each order)
  • Maintain normal activity on your account
  • Don't combine multiple services at once

Guarantee: We use safe methods, but no growth service is 100% risk-free.

My account is private, can I still receive my order?

No, your account must be public throughout the delivery period.

According to our terms of service:

  • Delivery stops automatically if the account becomes private
  • We cannot resume delivery if the account was private when ordered
  • No refund possible if the issue is due to a private account

Solution: Make sure your account is public before ordering and keep it public throughout the delivery period (up to 48h).

How long to receive a support response?
